VibeCraft Agency ("we," "us," "our") operates the VibeCraft StreamerOS platform at getstreameros.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our platform — including data accessed through third-party platform integrations such as TikTok, Twitch, Kick, and YouTube.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: Display name, account creation date, login history, and password (stored only as a cryptographic hash — we cannot read your password)
- TikTok and platform data: When you connect your TikTok account, we access your TikTok username, LIVE stream analytics (viewer counts, gift totals, estimated revenue, stream duration, follower gain), and public profile information, subject to your TikTok account permissions and TikTok's own privacy policy
- Stream session data: Start and end times, peak viewer counts, gift and diamond totals, estimated revenue, follower changes, and chat activity metrics collected through our VibeCraft Bridge plugin
- Program data: Diagnostic assessment responses, playbook task completion, weekly check-in answers, and revenue goals you enter into the platform
- Usage data: Pages visited within the platform and feature interactions, used to improve the service
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Generate personalised weekly and monthly coaching reports for your assigned manager
- Track your progress through the VibeCraft 120-Day Revenue Program
- Provide personalised coaching recommendations based on your stream data
- Display your analytics on your personal dashboard
- Improve our coaching methodology using aggregated, anonymised data
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling for non-coaching purposes, or any purpose not listed above.
TikTok Data Specifically
Our use of data obtained through the TikTok API complies with TikTok's Platform Policy and Terms of Service. Specifically:
- TikTok data is accessed only with the explicit consent of the TikTok account holder
- TikTok data is used solely to deliver coaching and analytics services to the account holder — not shared with third parties
- TikTok data is not used for advertising or sold to advertisers
- You may revoke our access to your TikTok data at any time via your TikTok account settings (Settings → Security → Authorised Apps)
- Upon revocation or account closure, TikTok data is retained for the period described in Data Retention below, then deleted upon written request
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is accessible only to:
- You, via your StreamerOS dashboard
- Your assigned Agency manager(s)
- The Agency owner
- Service providers who operate our infrastructure (hosting, backup services), bound by confidentiality obligations
- Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by applicable law
Data Security
We protect your data using industry-standard measures including encryption at rest (SQLCipher), encrypted backups, access controls limited to authorised personnel, and secure HTTPS transmission. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we implement reasonable and appropriate safeguards.
Data Retention
We retain your data for the duration of your Agency membership and thereafter as required by law or as necessary for legitimate business purposes (dispute resolution, audit trails). You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing vrcnghq@gmail.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for data processing (including TikTok API access)
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

Third-Party Platforms
Our platform integrates with TikTok, Twitch, Kick, and YouTube. Each of these platforms has its own privacy policy governing how they collect and use your data. We encourage you to review their policies. Our collection of data from these platforms is always subject to your consent and the platform's terms.
Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us immediately at vrcnghq@gmail.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members through the StreamerOS platform. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
