Terms of Service

1. What This Agreement Covers

This Program Participation Agreement ("Agreement") is between VibeCraft Agency ("Agency," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual accepting this Agreement ("you," "Member," or "Participant"). It governs your access to the VibeCraft StreamerOS platform and the VibeCraft 120-Day Revenue Program.

This Agreement covers: (a) Terms of Service governing your use of StreamerOS; (b) Confidentiality obligations regarding Agency methods and tools; and (c) Non-Solicitation obligations.

2. The Service

VibeCraft StreamerOS is a coaching platform that connects to your streaming activity, collects stream data, and generates personalised coaching reports and recommendations. It is not a financial advisor, income guarantee, or legal advisor.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. Accounts are created by Agency managers following a vetting process.

3. Data We Collect and How We Use It

By using the Service, you consent to the Agency collecting:

• Stream session data: start/end time, peak viewers, gift totals, estimated revenue, follower gain, chat metrics
• Platform account data: your TikTok handle and any other connected platform handles
• Program progress data: diagnostic results, playbook completion, check-in responses, revenue goals
• Account data: display name, login history, password (stored as encrypted hash only)

Your data is used exclusively to generate coaching reports, track program progress, provide personalised recommendations, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Security and Storage

Data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes and cannot be read by Agency staff. Access is restricted to authorised Agency personnel.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of active membership and thereafter as permitted by law. You may request deletion at any time by contacting vrcnghq@gmail.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.

6. Security Breach Notification

If a breach compromises your personal data, the Agency will notify you as promptly as reasonably possible with a description of the breach, data affected, and steps taken.

7. California Resident Rights (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what data is collected, request deletion, request correction, opt out of data sale (we don't sell data), and be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Contact vrcnghq@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

8. Confidentiality

In the course of participating in the Program, you will have access to non-public Agency information including the StreamerOS platform, coaching frameworks, diagnostic tools, and business plans. You agree not to disclose this information to outside parties during or after your membership.

9. Non-Solicitation

During membership and for 12 months after, you agree not to solicit or recruit other Agency members or employees away from VibeCraft. This does not restrict your own independent streaming or career activities.

10–16. Additional Terms

The Service is provided "as is." Agency liability is capped at the greater of three months of fees paid or $100. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules in Fulton County, Georgia. Georgia law governs. The Agency may update these terms with notice via the platform.
